Associate Fund Sales/Business Development | Selby Jennings ...

My client are a leading European Asset Manager with circa GBP2billion in AUM. They specialise in providing alternative investment opportunities to institutional investors and IFAs.
The Role:

  • Take responsibility for sourcing new business development opportunities.
  • Assist sales directors with the fund raising process.
  • Provide the first point of contact for all client queries and requests.
  • Ensure smooth communications between investors and fund managers by providing regular factsheets and business information.
  • Develop a client base consisting on institutions and IFAs.
  • Attend conferences and sales meetings with investors.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has working in asset management in a sales support relationship management role or for a financial services firm who is looking to make the move into a front office asset management position.
Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge asset management products.
  • Previous experience working in a sales/client services role for an asset manager or vendor.
  • Are looking to make the step into asset management.
  • The ability to demonstrate your potential or previous experience in a sales role.
