My client are a leading European Asset Manager with circa GBP2billion in AUM. They specialise in providing alternative investment opportunities to institutional investors and IFAs.
The Role:
- Take responsibility for sourcing new business development opportunities.
- Assist sales directors with the fund raising process.
- Provide the first point of contact for all client queries and requests.
- Ensure smooth communications between investors and fund managers by providing regular factsheets and business information.
- Develop a client base consisting on institutions and IFAs.
- Attend conferences and sales meetings with investors.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has working in asset management in a sales support relationship management role or for a financial services firm who is looking to make the move into a front office asset management position.
Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge asset management products.
- Previous experience working in a sales/client services role for an asset manager or vendor.
- Are looking to make the step into asset management.
- The ability to demonstrate your potential or previous experience in a sales role.
