Using Craigslist for real estate and homes for sale - Rio Rancho Land

As realtors, we try to list our homes for sale on Craigslist.? It seems like there's endless web sites to list properties for sale. We also use Trulia, Zillow, Homes.com, and Realtor.com which we pay premium money for great placement and extra information.

For home sellers, the extra web site and internet exposure sure seems to be worth the marketing money we spend.? We feel we get more home showings because the homes we list for sale get seen.
